**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

The product's ease of use is invaluable. It allows our Operations team to move more quickly, while ensuring Sales Leadership has a clear understanding of their territories. The BoogieBoard team has always been very responsive and willing to help us with any reworks based on feedback from our sales leadership. It was easy to get started with the tool, and when we had questions on features or functions, the BoogieBoard team was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about BoogieBoard?**

There are some growing pains with BoogieBoard, but that is to be expected with a fast-growing company

**What problems is BoogieBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically, our approach to territory planning was very decentralized, with each sales team managing their own assignments. This process inevitably led to significant and frustrating inequities across the organization. Since partnering with BoogieBoard, they have truly become a seamless extension of our own team. Their powerful platform has been instrumental, allowing us to successfully create, centrally manage, and consistently maintain a complex global structure of over 100 territories, ensuring fairness and balance for everyone

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

Before Boogieboard, we ran a fairly sophisticated, detailed process in Google Sheets. We had territory definitions, locking criteria, and balancing criteria, but we hadn’t validated any of it as best practice with anyone outside the organization. The sheet was so large that every refilter took 5–10 seconds to load. Mistakes were easy to make and hard to spot, and carving for ~40 reps took weeks. That meant we had to lock data weeks ahead of quarter end, and we still often saw changes.

With Boogieboard, we gained a trusted partner to help validate our carving decisions. We now have live Salesforce data, quick and easy dashboards, full auditability of decisions, and a straightforward connection directly to our Salesforce ETM. We saved a huge amount of time and were able to do things we simply didn’t have the capacity for last time, like scenario planning and last-minute changes. Now that territory carving no longer ties up our capacity the way it used to, we’re looking forward to treating it as an ongoing maintenance activity instead of a major, time-consuming project.

**What do you dislike about BoogieBoard?**

I can’t think of anything specific. The product is still evolving, so we’ve shared feedback on features and views that would be helpful for our team. Tyler and Kevin have been extremely responsive, taking our input seriously and even building what we need on the fly. We’ve had to adjust how we think about a few things as we move from Google Sheets to a true SaaS solution, but I see that as a normal part of adopting a new process.

**What problems is BoogieBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boogieboard helps us segment our 130k accounts into clear territory definitions and equitably distribute those accounts across roughly 40 salespeople in eight sales teams. It does this quickly and easily, with full auditability and transparency throughout the process. Tyler and Kevin are experts we’ve relied on to help validate our assumptions at every stage.

The tool’s ease of use and reporting make it possible for us to make fast decisions and revisions, share the resulting balance with leadership, and upload directly into Salesforce. As a result, we’re getting time back to focus on other parts of annual planning, and our RevOps team earns more trust from leadership because we can clearly trace our decisions back to the underlying logic.

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

BoogieBoard completely transformed the way we carve territories for our sales reps. We used to manually carve territories in Excel, which was extremely tedious and prone to human error. With BoogieBoard, the territories are perfectly balanced across our specific criteria without manual intervention. It is also great to be able to visually see the territory splits and how the reps' books compare across the various parameters and share those visuals with sales managers. We also had fantastic support from Kevin and the BoogieBoard team that really allowed us to get up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about BoogieBoard?**

Hardly anything! In general, our team likes to configure tool set-up ourselves, and with BoogieBoard, Kevin did most of the actual configuration and adjustments based on what we asked for. So in the future we are aiming to be more hands-on in the backend of the tool, but this really wasn't a blocker in any way during our implementation.

**What problems is BoogieBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

We had a lot of issues collaborating with Rev Ops and scaffolding different territory schemes prior to roll out. BoogieBoard helped bring the entire team in alignment allowing for creativity and open discussion.

**What do you dislike about BoogieBoard?**

It creates an immense amount of transparency for the sales team around HOW territories were constructed and what that means for the integrity of their book while that previously felt like it existed in a black box.

**What problems is BoogieBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Annual and quarterly territory design and roll out had been a consistent nightmare for our Sales Leadership and Rev Ops team to align around. With Kevin's expertise and the BoogieBoard tool we were able to quickly and easily view different builds, make edits, and visualize the outputs for the team.

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

Ease of use is incredible - the tool is very straight forward. When setting up the tool, we gave the BoogieBoard team our criteria and they handled the rest. Their team is amazing to work with - super responsive and hands on.

**What do you dislike about BoogieBoard?**

Only callout here is that we're not fully autonomous within the tool yet, but we'll get there!

**What problems is BoogieBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a Global team serving hundreds of reps and hiring quickly. Managing territories out of sheets wasn't scalable or sustainable. We knew we needed a territory management tool to help us automate the process, move quicker, and allow us to rebalance/top off easily.

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

Working through territory models in spreadsheets is extremely difficult, each iteration requires a complete reworking of the books. With Boogieboard, you only have to manage the criteria and the creation of books is automated. It's so much easier and the team helped us every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about BoogieBoard?**

Territories are one size fits no one. The tool is extremely flexible to accommodate tons of scenarios, but that also means the custom objects in SFDC were a bit overkill for what we needed. Potentially something we'll grow into but we decided not to use them.

**What problems is BoogieBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to quickly create territories using multiple criteria which normally takes a lot of time. The meant we could launch a new territory model in 1 month that normally would have taken 3+ months.

The Territory Designer is my favorite part of BoogieBoard.  When managing a high number of reps and territories, the platform helps to take all of the guess work out of the equation and provide clear and concise direction for territory planning and implementation.

I do not have one thing I didn't like about the BoogieBoard platform.  The entire product is intuitive, helpful, and easy to navigate.

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

The team at BoogieBoard is exceptional. I have collaborated with Kevin Davis over the past two years to establish equitable geographic territories for our global sales organization. BoogieBoard's software and customer service are outstanding; they analyze your account data and recommend the most suitable territories based on your business needs. They also assist in creating new territory logic for Salesforce Territory Planning, previously known as Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), which is invaluable. BoogieBoard does not simply sell you a tool and walk away; they partner with you throughout the entire process, from defining new territories to communication and rollout. I look forward to partnering with BoogieBoard for our FY26 territory planning and beyond.

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

The software and team at BoogieBoard are top notch. I worked with them at an org that was implementing geographic territories for the first time, and their consultative and thoughtful approach meant that we were able to implement a structure that was both tailored to the business, while also drawing on best practices.

The biggest pro of working with BoogieBoard is that they are extremely focused on delivering results. They are not going to sell you a tool and walk away, they will partner with you all the way from determining your carving methodology, through communications and rollout. 

Kevin and his team are excellent and I would recommend them to any organization.

I struggle to think of anything here - BoogieBoard were very effective.

**What do you like best about BoogieBoard?**

The mapping tools are easy to use and give a clear visual of territories, which makes assigning reps a breeze. I love how the reporting and analytics are right there. Plus, it syncs perfectly with our CRM, so everything stays updated without any hassle. It’s been a huge help for keeping things organized and boosting productivity across the team.

**What do you dislike about BoogieBoard?**

There were a few missing features when we first got rolling but the team has been excellent in adapting to our needs and we couldn't be happier now.

**What problems is BoogieBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making territory planning and management way less of a headache. Before, keeping track of territories and making sure reps weren’t overlapping or missing areas was a pain. Not to mention all the conversations around territory equity. Now, it’s all mapped out clearly, so there’s no guesswork or confusion.
