We upgraded from spreadsheet based territory building with BoogieBoard. The biggest game changer here has been the territory balancing functionality, which allows us to create equitable territories based on multiple criteria rather than relying on a single rule or trying to workshop them together in a spreadsheet. It's simple to apply new logic and test potential territory scenarios - we have a fairly large data set that it's able to run new scenarios on in minutes so it is no longer a massive time consumer to make territory adjustments. We are able to give our sales leaders controlled levels of access so they can make adjustments themselves, reducing ops burden. Hierarchies/logic are intuitive and easy to navigate as well. Best pricing and contract terms out of several tools we've evaluated. Additionally, Kevin, Tyler, and team has been incredibly responsive, communicative, and hands on throughout + post implementation.

This has helped us get rid of manual spreadsheets and those Frankenstein territory maps. It integrates with our CRM to pull in up-to-date data and sync bi-directionally, so changes stay aligned on both sides. I also appreciate that we can apply custom logic and run different iterations of territory builds whenever we need to. The Boogieboard team has been a pleasure to work with and was extremely supportive throughout the entire process.
