EveryAction allows my clients to track volunteer efforts regardless of their voter status. This capability may seem simple, but it allows groups to determine engagement levels and discover potential areas for growth. In addition, web forms and subsequent contact creation are invaluable collection tools to facilitate further contact. The capability to segment lists and create actions by the legislative district is an often underutilized tool that also helps to educate the public about their district's representatives. The interface is self-explanatory. It's hard to screw something up, and that's a plus. When I email the help desk, they are super fast and responsive. I like the way I can customize my home page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The help center where you can search for stuff isn't great. I wish there were more flexibility on the types of reports I can request. Creating a list can, at times, be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can keep track of my donors better. I like the attribution part in the contributions section and need to learn more about it. With more and more donors and foundations going electronic, we need to be able to keep up with the donor advised fund for reporting, and attach it to the donor so we can keep up with them. I love how easy it is to send targeted emails and create ticketed events to have a streamlined registration for those we serve. What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

I work in paid media, and my favorite thing about EveryAction is its reporting capabilities. It is always possible for me to find the data that I need for routine client reporting, as well as digging into the details to figure out how my media campaigns are impacting the bigger picture. Compared to competitors, using EveryAction is night and day. With other fundraising platforms, I always need to rely on my data analytics + fundraising teams to pull data for me, diluting the amount of timely information I can analyze. With EveryAction, I feel empowered on my own! Additionally, my teammates were able to create beautiful donation templates that showed a demonstrated increase in paid media performance. What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

The only small downside that I came across with EveryAction is that I wasn't able to connect it directly to some advertising APIs (like Meta's Conversion API, I believe!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EveryAction helps my client with countless things: donation forms, advocacy/action forms, nonprofit CRM, etc. I believe my team uses EveryAction to send emails as well. Personally, I work in paid media and I use EveryAction for data collection to report paid media performance to my client and understand how paid media fits into the big picture of the client's fundraising and advocacy results.
