**What do you like best about Bolt On Technology?**

this program will help your shop get up to date with technology. I think the most important part is for the customer, and this program lets you sent and receive text messages,pictures and inspections

**What do you dislike about Bolt On Technology?**

most of the time the spell check did not work, so you must watch this yourself. Otherwise, we love it and still use it

great program to get up to date and communicate with customers

**What do you like best about Bolt On Technology?**

My shop is 10,000 square feet,  It allows us to stay in touch thru inner office texting, It allows instant updates on vehicle status.

**What do you dislike about Bolt On Technology?**

The 7" tablets do not have a flash for pictures.

**Recommendations to others considering Bolt On Technology:**

While the learning curve was difficult at first, After tow weeks and a one hour training session with Bolt on, We have, Built our own, Safety Inspection, Become better communicators thru inter office text's, Gone paperless, saved huge time by e-mailing Inspections, And constant WIP updates.

**What problems is Bolt On Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have saved thousands of dollars because we have gone paperless. It also has made us better communicators, Since now we must constantly update and status up to the minute.
