It's a lot to learn when starting out on the platform

It solves my ability to have everything all in one platform rather than having to log into different applications

I am still in the learning how to use this CRM but I am very impressed with all it can do. Eventually te he autoation will be so valiable. I just sent out a Facebook post from kvCore that provides information and can capture contacts from potential clinets. That little feature can even target specific ares and zip codes, That feature took on minute. So Cool!

Don't have anything bad to say. But I will let you know all my gripes later. LOL

Its easy to work with, best team and make your work organized.

The quality of some leads, also sometimes they send me realtors, so are wrong leads.

Simple and you have alot of tools like squeeze pages. The done for you stuff is great but it is really easy to use and create great campaigns yourself.

It really does work well for a sigle agent but might be more than they need. Really shines for a team

The system is so robust and still has a little ways to go to make it 10/10 user friendly. You have to earn your degree from Inside Real Estate University to maximize the resources. Not as plug and play as I'd like. But if it were that simple, more people would be using it and stealing my business. So take that with a grain of salt. :)

Keeps track of everyone and puts them in categories. Lets me add the hash tags. Reminds me to do certain tasks.

There is a campaign for buyers and sellers leads and you can set reminders on when to follow up either manual or automatated.

The app lags when it comes to responding to nofications.

A great way to manage your sphere of influence if you dont have a spreadsheet of your own or excel to keep track of the people you know.

KvCore has so many moving parts that keeps me on task and my CRM up to date almost flawlessly.

Took me a little longer than I'd liked to get the system down

Keeping my CRM working and automated, giving me some freedoms to focus on other things.

It has all the necessary tools to manage a business. From contacts to lead generatio, follow up campaigns, all sort of integrations etc.

I really can't find anything anything that I don't really like.

Automatic follow up from real estate campaigns are good to follow up with clients. Just set it up and for get about it.
