Automating everything to one platform is the biggest benefit. Having a CRM, marketing platform, and appointment scheduler in one is very convenient.

I like the automated drip campaigns and the marketing pages we can use to draw in new leads

I wish there was a monthly newsletter with content that I can automatically subscribe leads to that already has "home tips' etc

I love the fact that I can manage all of my contacts, website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns in a single tool. kvCore is a beast in a positive way! I'm just scratching the surface to leverage it's full potential.

The downsides to such a powerhouse of a tool is the learning curve can be steep if you're not tech savvy. In addition, the capabilities and numerous add-ons are overwhelming. Feels like that was done intentionally to get agents to purchase consulting services to have someone set it up for you.

kcCore is definitely helping me with managing my contacts in a centralized location and keeping good notes on all communications with each person, It also helps me to remain compliant with leads that are on the Do-Not-Call list. A huge benefit is its ability to send out bulk emails and text messages.

I like seeing all my SOI information in one place and the tools to connect with them differently. I'm excited about the autodialer function and sending mass emails.

I'm still working on my email campaigns. I want certain ones for various types of statutes in my SOI but I also want to see what they are getting as a reference. I also want to send email flyers of my Open Houses to certain groups in my SOI as well. I'm still working through it at a slower pace than I anticipated.

Whenever I input a listing, I automatically have videos, ads and social media campaigns generated....free! Can't beat that!

Putting people on a campaign after I've "cloned" it is not that easy. I wind up paying some Core Guru to do it.

Haven't been using it long enough to accurately evaluate it, but it sure looks good right now.

KvCORE allows me to manage my clients and keep track of them.

The system is incredibly robust. Its great for making sure no leads fall through the cracks, and you are always connecting with your sphere in different ways. If you aren't logging in daily, you're missing something. The presentation tool, digital and print marketing material templates are wonderful for those agents who just need a good place to start. Never go empty handed! The chat support is also great to use. The AI usually can point you in the right direction, but if you need further information you can easily connect with a person.

Sometimes the mobile application has issues when using. I recommend to all my team to use the web version. I also wish the search alerts for clients had more filter options.

follow up- and connecting with my sphere. its easy to forget to call someone, but bold trail helps communicate with your leads and reminds you when its time to reach out! Its a good place to keep your notes on clients to easily refer back later on.
