What do you like best about BoldTrail?

Boldtrail has improved the user interface dramatically. The follow up reminders are vastly improved and the new AI assistance makes this CRM better than ever.

The main dashboard could be graphically better and load faster.

I would like there to be some affordable options for generating leads

KVCore benefits me by sending out texts and emails to my potential buyers to keep them engaged in conversations with what they think is me! KVCore keeps track of how often people are on the site which is helpful.

"Effortless Listing Boosts and Reports—A Fantastic App Experience"

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

The app is fantastic! I love how easy it is to boost a listing, send a CMA, set up a search or market report. All fantastic features!

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

the search feature for the contacts could use some improvement. It's not always clear which filters are on/off and it spins for a while leaving me waiting for the contacts to pop up. The AI chatbot is typically wrong when I ask it qs about the software.

What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

boldtrail dashboard is helping us target Buyers that are looking at the listings we're sending them. It's easy to see who is actively looking and what they're looking

"Amazing all inclusive platform"

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

BoldTrail allows me to keep the consumer 1st and continually updated in the process, the top available properties, and next steps. The AI is a game changer!

Nothing yet as we are still learning the platform. The app could be a little more user friendly.

As a former Boomtown user I liked the transfer between agents easier and could transfer between all offices within the brokerage.
