So far, no complaints! The tutorials are easy to follow, answering most of if not all of my questions.

I'm new to using a CRM, and it's been a huge tool is helping me learn the ins and outs of lead management.

Once you login to your KV CORE, you might feel overwhelmed for a short period of time. There are so many options, and there is so much to do, and you will not know where to start. But after that first 20 minutes of using the CRM, you will love it as much as I love it.

It is super easy to transition to this new platform, and their back end support helps you to upload your first database. I use this CRM on the daily, and I recommend it to my entire team of 50+ realtors. The ability to organise your network, compose beautiful high quality emails, and stay on top of your touch system for your clients is top notch!

I was easily able to use the system on the desktop, and the phone app is at the level of the Best CRM's that there are!

It is sometimes hard to upload the database on your own, but I recommend passing on the database to the Customer Support at KV Core.

It saves me time in organising myself!

It also saves me money because I do not need extra integrations when it comes to Email Marketing like Mailchimp.

It's great for texting and keeping in touch with cliebts.

It works for me, like having a full time assistant in lead generation and follow-up.

When doing lead generation I'd like to require Name, Phone and Email. I know this lowers my number of leads, but the quality is so much better when I had this option in the system I used before kvCore.

I am able to automate follow-up and direct responses whichs frees my time to spend with clients and meeting new people.

Coming from KW using command before joining RE/MAX I almost went to exp because of the power of KVCore very thankful we have access to it with RE/MAX and I'm looking forward to continuing to dig deeper into its capabilities

I wish I could customize the labels such as sphere active lead new lead etc but not a big deal

kvCORE is essential for my business. I joined the real estate market back in 2021 after relocations from Florida during Covid. Moving to a new place with no sphere or the ability to meet new people due to the Covid lockdown and the lack of in person and shift to virtual was a big hurdle for me to grow my business. kvCORE really played a big role in starting my business and leaving a mark. I will never be without it even if I have to purchase it myself. I love it and I love how they keep working hard to advance and find better way to help us.

I know that they are still developing it, but it's a bit confusing to remember how can we access certain tabs. I also wish we get more freedom to customize more.

Being able to access more prospects in a clever and strategic way without being too much in their face.
