Being able to customize the fields and other features for our individual needs is a game changer in my opinion!

Some features could use improvement, but couldn’t we all! It’s on the right track. There are mini adjustments that can be made such as fonts and color customization within comments but also to allow select users the ability to adjust themselves (such as themes) without bugging customer support.
