What do you like best about BoldTrail?

I've personally never used any other CRM because this one comes with my brokerage but I love it - the automated prompts and reminders are just so helpful

It's a little slow to generate and still has some bugs it seems

"Powerful CRM Platform"

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

The ability to hashtag/label contacts any way that makes sense to me is huge.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

The UI can be overwhelming and make it seem much more complicated to use than it is. Thankfully there have been many UI improvements over the years to mitigate this!

What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Boldtrail gives our agents a central hub to run their business from. By housing their database in the same place as where they generate their marketing, Boldtrail has removed the need to bounce from one tool to another.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

I love how the system is so intuitive! There are constant upgrades, for the better, so the technology keeps evolving as the world does!

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

Sometimes the prospects account doesn't fully load and I have to refresh a few times.

What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really helps me to sort my leads and filter through importance as well as constantly tracking the leads, monitoring conversion, so much!

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

Streamline all your clients info, your tasks as well as import notes made easy!!

The app consistently keeps signing me out therefor I don't always get my notifications.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

It automates portions of my business that I needed taken off my plate. Perfectly. Everytime.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

It's too robust. There are so many things that I haven't been able get to all of the ways that kvCore can improve my business.

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

I'm still learning all the features, but it is a relatively easy to use CRM. Support is helpful and there is tons of training offered.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

Support can be slow to respond but once they do they are very friendly and helpful.
