It's an "all-in-one" CRM. I am clerically minded and I used to write everything down and keep extensive notes on each client in paper files (old school). I love how kvCore allows me to have everything in one place with easy access to get the last action item for a client in a click of a mouse. I use kvCore in some capacity every day in my business, whether it is updating a client contact, sending an email blast, or boosting a property.

The only thing I have found is I would like a way to see a "sort feature" to show the last people I updated/noted, not just last call.

Organization, Automation, target marketing, lead capture, website - I probably don't know all that it could help me with

CRM and how it tracks everything client is looking at. Just time consuming learning the system, but in the long run will save time.

Not sure yet. Maybe I have to be on it longer to figure out.

Keeping track of leads and helps me stay organized. I need to use it more.

Everything I need for lead gen, marketing, you name it, is at my fingertips with kvCORE!

Would be nice to be able to snooze reminders for longer than a week.

KvCore has been the most helpful tool for marketing myself for Real Estate. Not only can i send out drip campaigns to my clients with new listings as soon as they hit the market but i can also send out email flyers monthly with market updates. Then list of marketing features is endless and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

There is nothing to dislike about KVCore!

They are problem solvers and are readily available while communicating efficiently!

I like the different options for Seller, Buyer campaigns, etc. and ease of integration. Customer support has been great in most instance.

There's not a lot to dislike. I've been very impressed by the platform.

The automation of CORE Social and quick ROI involving Property Boost have been very helpful.

KVCore has so much to offer. So many apps ($$) can be dissolved as KVC does most of it and it's included. It does so many things to free up time for the agent.

Set up and getting used to the system takes time. Worth it! Plus you will always learn something new as they are adding new procedures regularly

Saving me money and time as KVC does everything that a number of apps, that I had been paying seperately for and had to mange, does

I love how easy the system is to use. 100%of my leads are through TikTok so I definitely take advantage of the Smart Number and Lead Engine feature. The biggest takeaway is how the integrated AI assistant does an amazing job following up with my clients. Best way to describe it: the Ai sets me up for the dunk with the alley-oop!

Wish I could be able to put my clients in a group chat using my smart number because there's never just one client involved. It's usually a family or a couple.

KVCore has made it simple for me fish for leads on TikTok by allowing me to use their landing pages. I love how the landing pages request the lead to put the email and phone number.

I absolutely love the campaigns. They make it easy to share on social media platforms.

I haven't come across any yet. It seems pretty efficient.

Its solving the lack of marketing myself.

The website is easy to set up and boost is easy to use. I also like the CRM connected to my contacts and updating on my phone, my computer and KVcore.

Sometimes using a certain tool is confusing but once trained it was easy.

The best thing about KVCore is the ease of usability. The back end CRM is easy to navigate and the app comes in very handy. I also love the customization of the consumer-facing site. My clients come back again and again to use the search features. I also love the integrated open house app feature.

For me, there is very little that I don't like. It has been perfect for my business.

As a front-facing search feature, I send my clients directly to my site versus links to the mls or any other platform. It keeps me engaged with my clients and the ability to communicate easily is exactly what I was looking for.
