It provides targeted quality leads and has saved me having to look for a lead provider. Lead providers are costly and are usually priced in US dollars.

As close to total automation as I have seen. It comes with training which is needed as there are so many features. I believe that one could actually sit down with BoldTrail and do all their lead generation from one CRM. The lead capture function is the best. I check and use it daily and love it. They hav a great customer service chat button. AI can solve easy and quick questions but for more complex questions, a real person is within 15 minutes away. It is easy to empliment and integration is simple.

BoldTrail automates many different systems of lead generation and follow-up.

I love that KVCore has everything you need for your business, from marketing, to drip campaigns, to seamlessly creating landing pages, squeeze pages, FB Ads and even keeping record of your transactions. I haven't found anything I can't do when it comes to running my business effectively through there.

The biggest thing that I personally dislike but don't feel that it's effected my business overall is that when new leads register and it triggers the campaign for them the initial text will go out the time that they registered, haven't had anyone complain but it is a little unprofessional and unrealistic to think we are working at all hours

Central repository of CRM with a variety of ways to manage my communication with clients. Either with prompts to keep clients front of mind or with tools to record communication after the fact, kvCORE supports my business. I'm on kvCORE daily and it helps me keep up with the flow of my business. One of my favourite features is to be able to see that a client has opened my emails.

I've found some of the functionalities not working correctly in the mobile app. Not being able to add notes to clients, not enough characters allowed for text messages. I like that when I do run into problems or have questions, the chat tool is available for support.

A central repository for client communications makes the flow of work more efficient. I can stay on top of my tasks and move on to the actual work of selling real estate.

I love the layout. Not only is the layout perfect, but the efficiency of the software is unmatched. 11/10!
