If anything, BoldSign could improve instructions/documentation concerning how, when choosing an already created template that contains required signatures for both Signer and Co-signer, a Co-signer signature can be removed. It is a little confusing when creating a new template for a form that requires signatures for Co-applicants (i.e. do I make 2 separate templates - one template for Signer and another one for Co-applicants?, OR do I create one template where Signer's signature is required (*), but Co-signer's signature is not required...but then again, I also require both signatures for Co-applicants, so..., etc.). I was able to figure out that you can remove a co-signature when using template you created with required signatures of co-applicants. I use it to send out onboarding paperwork for new employees, **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** It is very easy to use. The only thing I would like to see is a way to create folders for easy organization of my documents. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Boldsign has improved better onboarding on new staff.
