The look and feel is great and clean. Controls works as expected and Support is great. The guys at support are eager to help you and resolve your issues. I feel like I am not using a platform company, rather Syncfusion is helping me as a consultant as well! **What do you dislike about Bold BI?** The sought after and promised 'Web Designer for dashbaords' is still no where to be seen, dashboards performace becomes an issue while handling large amount of data and the limited widgets available by default. We nearly always have to rely on developing custom widgets. Syncfusion really 'need' to add their ej2 charting widget support to dashbaord controls, by default. **Recommendations to others considering Bold BI:** Syncfusion Dashbaord Platform is a great product, use it to quickly deploy dashboars, keep up with changing user requirements and to help your BI department for an agile product. It can be used via syncfusion cloud, hosted internally or even run from a desktop app which give ultimate flexibility in deployment. Syncfusion support is second to none - the best I have ever experienced with an external software vendor - I rarely wait more than a day to receive fixes or feedback, and they are incredibly accommodating on feature requests. It can also be white labelled for integration within your own products. **What do you dislike about Bold BI?** There is very little to dislike. yes, each version sometimes comes with a few bugs, but these are always resolved very quickly - just raise a support request, and it gets done. If I had a criticism (and a very minor one) the data source designer could be improved to more visually represent relationships, but again I've raised this as a feature request and understand it is in the mix. No product is perfect, but compare the cost of this to PowerBI, tableau or similar, and using Syncfusion is a no brainer, unless you have some huge analytical requirements, but then you should be looking at Syncfusions data Analytics tools... **Recommendations to others considering Bold BI:** Highly recommended.
