The sought after and promised 'Web Designer for dashbaords' is still no where to be seen, dashboards performace becomes an issue while handling large amount of data and the limited widgets available by default. We nearly always have to rely on developing custom widgets. Syncfusion really 'need' to add their ej2 charting widget support to dashbaord controls, by default. Whilst the product is a little less mature than other similar offering in the market place, it is incredibly simple to use and offers most functionality anyone will need. It can be used via syncfusion cloud, hosted internally or even run from a desktop app which give ultimate flexibility in deployment. Syncfusion support is second to none - the best I have ever experienced with an external software vendor - I rarely wait more than a day to receive fixes or feedback, and they are incredibly accommodating on feature requests. There is very little to dislike. yes, each version sometimes comes with a few bugs, but these are always resolved very quickly - just raise a support request, and it gets done. If I had a criticism (and a very minor one) the data source designer could be improved to more visually represent relationships, but again I've raised this as a feature request and understand it is in the mix. No product is perfect, but compare the cost of this to PowerBI, tableau or similar, and using Syncfusion is a no brainer, unless you have some huge analytical requirements, but then you should be looking at Syncfusions data Analytics tools... User friendly with wonderful features available for the administrators and developers. I personally recommend this tool to the bigData Scientists who love to play with big data Sets in an organizations.

I did not find anything in the platform which made says that bla bla are not good or not interesting for Administrators or developers in the company. Its true that sometime, my machine go to hang but as per my opinion its the reason of working with too huge data importing to the system. It is very easy to learn and intuitive and the easy way to create graphs, grids and display data, the capability of use multiple datasources and export to multiples document formats , The ability to integrate with other web, mobile, or desktop systems.
