BOGS E-Signatures Reviews & Product Details

Electronic signature software aimed at businesses that send contracts, engagement letters and consent forms rather than at legal departments. The person signing creates no account, chooses no password and installs nothing. A link opens the document at their part of it, they sign on a phone or a computer, and the completed file reaches everyone involved automatically with a certificate of completion attached. Signature, initial, date and text fields are placed on the page by dragging. Status for every document sent, opened, signed or declined appears on a single screen. The free tier covers up to 100 documents a year with one signer per document, with no card required and no expiry. The paid tier removes the document limit and adds multiple signers, a choice of signing order or simultaneous signing, reusable templates, bulk sending to a list, reminders to anyone who has not signed, an address book and a custom logo on the completion certificate. Documents exported as PDF from word processors and document editors can be uploaded directly.
