The customer service. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to optimizing offers for different client needs...and troubleshooting those issues is crucial before pushing anything live. And their customer service (specifically Naomi) was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable on the product configurations and limitations...and even worked with their internal dev team on some potential product roadmap enhancements to help solve for the solutions we were hoping to achieve. It's refreshing to have great support. Great product.

The app is very flexible and easy to use, but the support is what really stands out. Evelyn is amazing: always fast, kind, patient and extremely helpful. She really takes the time to understand what I need and finds solutions quickly.
