the customer support is probably the best part of this app. anytime I have questions the whole team is super helpful. Naomi is very helpful and I have enen had some members of the team come back after figuring out the issue and helping me out. I work across multiple stores and I would always recommend this app to people. Yeah it is good value

I find BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell very simple to use, which makes adding a free gift easy. It's probably the easiest app I've used for a Shopify add-on. The live chat is super helpful, and their customer service is excellent. I like that it offers all the features I need, not just the free gift bundle upsell. The support is great too, especially with Junie, who was phenomenal in helping me on the Animal Essentials website. The initial setup was easy, and I appreciate how BOGOS solves issues with native Shopify by providing bundles, upsells, and free gifts, which Shopify's native discounts do not offer.

Everything is straightforward, from adding free gifts to making sure discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with those free gifts. Customer service is top-notch.
