I've reached out to support multiple times, and they always solve our tech issues. It definitely looks better with the latest update, but I still feel like it can get better and more organized. For example, you can build your own CRM deliveries utilizing both the wizard, but also custom php snippets to perform tasks that are outside of the wizard. This allows a great deal of flexibility and improves our abilities to deliver clients quick results, making integrations easy. Furthermore, Boberdoo's staff is very helpful in resolving issues and are easy to work with. **What do you dislike about boberdoo Lead Distribution and Call Routing?** Boberdoo has a learning curve for new users. It isn't always the easiest system to pick up and learn and while documentation has improved over the years, it is still lacking at times.
