What do you like best about BOB?

Easy navigation through the left-hand sidebar, which makes it simple to find the sections I need.

The ability to quickly request time off, especially because different leave policies are clearly organised and easy to locate.

Organisational visibility. It’s very easy to find people within teams and understand the company structure.

Centralised performance tracking, where goals, feedback, one-on-ones, and reviews are all kept in one place.

What do you dislike about BOB?

The UI is slightly unclear in one area: When you first open Bob, it shows the Time Off view. To access the Talent section, you have to click the nine-dot menu in the top left corner, which isn’t immediately obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BOB?

BOB is one of the most user-friendly software and the interface is very intuitive. The feedback system with surveys is very powerful. The best part is the onboarding flow. It has a great analytics part which help the related teams to get the desired reports. Customer support is pretty awesome. Integration of some other tools are very user friendly.
