**What do you like best about BOB?**

Easy navigation through the left-hand sidebar, which makes it simple to find the sections I need.

The ability to quickly request time off, especially because different leave policies are clearly organised and easy to locate.

Organisational visibility. It’s very easy to find people within teams and understand the company structure.

Centralised performance tracking, where goals, feedback, one-on-ones, and reviews are all kept in one place.

Slack integration, which sends approval notifications when time off is granted.

**What do you dislike about BOB?**

The UI is slightly unclear in one area: When you first open Bob, it shows the Time Off view. To access the Talent section, you have to click the nine-dot menu in the top left corner, which isn’t immediately obvious.

**Recommendations to others considering BOB:**

Bob is a good solution for medium to large organisations that want a central place to manage HR processes such as time-off requests, performance reviews, and goal tracking. It works well for organising company structures and making it easy for employees to find colleagues across teams. The core HR features are reliable and easy to use, particularly for requesting leave and managing development reviews. To get the most value from it, organisations should ensure the platform is actively maintained and that company information is regularly updated.

**What problems is BOB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bob solves the problem of managing HR tasks across multiple systems by bringing everything into one platform. I mainly use it to request time off, which is simple and clearly organised with different leave policies. It also helps track goals, performance reviews, one-on-ones, and feedback, keeping everything in one place for quarterly and annual reviews. Additionally, the organisational directory makes it easy to find colleagues and understand team structures across the company.

**What do you like best about BOB?**

BOB is one of the most user-friendly software and the interface is very intuitive. The feedback system with surveys is very powerful. The best part is the onboarding flow. It has a great analytics part which help the related teams to get the desired reports. Customer support is pretty awesome. Integration of some other tools are very user friendly. I can say it's a great value for money.

**What do you dislike about BOB?**

Though it's a good software it has some lack points like lacking of some features which are present in other similar softwares. Sometimes we get some bug fix issues in the new features.

**Recommendations to others considering BOB:**

It's really a value for money. I definitely recommend to others. The developers are constantly working on this and that signifies the potential of the software. It will smoothen your many processes, will save much time and that will impact the revenue.

**What problems is BOB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The modern HRIS which makes the onboarding process seamless. Also one stop solution for HR data, tracking performance and employees feedback. The feedback and tracking of performances makes the seniors to mitigate the issues effortlesly. In-fact it's saving a lot of time and let seniors to focus on other company issues.

I do not use it daily but it has much more options it  is sometime little bit slow and stuck just need bug fixing

Yes it is recommended to ranking the website and you blog on the top and you can optimize the content as well you will get goo conversation rate

BOB is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing employee data very straightforward. Should you need to add more information, you can do so by adding new fields to the program. The interface is easy to manouver.

The interface lacks features which are present in similar contemporary software and the problem resolution times are sometimes slow.

As all of us are aware that any automation doesn't allow customer help desk support, and there are some limitations in that, so we just need to use them wisely

Simple easy to use interface and most of the main features I needed were offered by default

Some specific employee goals and reviews are not aligned in the same screen and caused the manager to go through more than one page

Nothing as of now for any of my use cases. It would have been great if I have one guide for beginners to know about all the possible features of BOB.

BOB helps us improve our HR-related tasks, it helps us a lot in HR essentials, Time management, employee performance, office culture, and other things which are very useful to maintain in a business, it may be a startup or big organization.

**What do you like best about BOB?**

It's very easy to use, mostly very simple to manage employee data even if you want to add extra information than you can add extra fields to the software and add the information easily, its dashboard is very simple, one can use it without any training.

**What do you dislike about BOB?**

There is a lot they need to improve like improving the support system, you will get so many emails if you contact support and I think your query should be solved in 1-2 emails, there is no option to add reimbursement to an employee.

**What problems is BOB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After using BOB it's very easy for us to evaluate the employee performance, we can easily maintain our office environment positive and healthy because things related to employees get solved on time with the help of BOB, so employees start to have positive thinking towards us and love our office culture. We also manage to improve our business revenue and growth with employee time management.

Sometimes the updates just appear and I preferred the old features / views such as time off

More check-in with the account manager on updates rather than receiving emails - or more access to training on features to get the most out of the platform.

We use bob for our payroll system. Which is so simple and the app is even more simple to use.

The way it talks to our recruiting program so then everything is pulled over and has us do less work which saves more time.

Some of the tasks can be confusing because when in HR you see everyone's. Sometime's it looks like we have more to do then we really do.

Everything is one system, payroll, time off, important paperwork, and so much more. This is also is a system we can use global so all our employees can be on one system.
