**What do you like best about Bluwave CRM?**

I like Bluwave CRM because it keeps everything related to managing our Clients in one place,such as data, and records.

Our Company through Bluwave CRM is able to target different Customers based on their activities .

Bluwave CRM helps our Company to maintain data that is free from errors,It helps in organizing data which can be interpreted easily.

Bluwave CRM allows you to see all communication done by Customers to your company ,with this information we are able to know where our business opportunities are .

**What do you dislike about Bluwave CRM?**

Though it has very good features it can be expensive for small business owners that are starting.

**What problems is Bluwave CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become very easy for us to reach out to Customers that have shown interest in the past and keep them updated on offers that we have.

Bluewave CRM automates our work by replying to customers questions and reducing the time that we use to send emails to our clients.

Our employees make decisions from the information that has been recorded and is up to date because Bluewave CRM is cloud base.

**What do you like best about Bluwave CRM?**

Bluewave CRM saves all Customers information including email in one place for future reference.

As a Salesperson Bluewave CRM is very helpful when doing follow ups to our Clients,from the first call to the end of that sale everything is tracked and saved through it.

Bluewave CRM enables  us to know what our salesperson are up to.To avoid miscommunication and wastage of resources.

Through Bluwave CRM we are able to market through our emails  by sending our catalogues to different people at one.

I like Bluewave CRM because you have a choice when it comes to pricing, you can choose the plan that fits your business and budget.

**What do you dislike about Bluwave CRM?**

The only downside is that you cannot be able to customize your dashboard .
No dislikes.

**What problems is Bluwave CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluewave CRM automates work for our salespeople and this frees them from tedious work so that they can focus on making more sales .

Very minimal work is done in our administration ,it's good for our business because less resources are used to complete it.

Through Bluwave CRM we are able to predict where our business is going through analyzed reports we receive.

like Bluewave CRM because you run it off plan without any technical issue.

Bluewave CRM has very useful features that can help you in creating a quotation ,how to prepare it and how much it costs, in one place efficiently.

Through Bluwave CRM you are able to manage your sales team ,all the information is recorded and what they have been into .

Bluewave helps you in getting all customers information and what they like ,with this knowledge you are able to serve them better.

Employees are maximizing their potentials because tasks are tracked individually ,and they are able to regard what is important.

Documents are well organized and easy to find for proper planning.

**What do you dislike about Bluwave CRM?**

The setup cost at fast was a big challenge to us.
No other dislikes.

Customer interaction has been made easy as we are able to follow up on them.

Our sales team are able to organize themselves from the first day of the month to the last day ,by scheduling there meetings and time so that they can meet there goals .

Bluwave CRM provides a comprehensive view of customers  history and preferences since it stores all their interactions in one place. It has a high retention and customer satisfaction since it efficiently tracks and resolves customer issues. It maximizes the return on interest since users can schedule and send targeted email campaigns, track its performance and generate reports.

Bluwave CRM has limited features for it lacks features needs by highly specialized users leading them to experience potential limitations when researching reviews from within their industries. It is not a cost-effective platform to small businesses and also those businesses with limited budgets for its pricing depends on users plan and the number of users.

Bluwave CRM has provided a centralized platform for users to manage all their customers interactions since it has improved customers relationships. It has improved business efficiency since it saves business time and improve its efficiency by automating tasks and providing a central location for all customers data.

Bluewave CRM improves visibility and access for service representatives since it centralizes customers data and store it in one place. Users can access their data anyplace, anytime, and using any device since they can access their data on the go with mobile apps for both Android and iOS devices. It automates the routine tasks and process hence improving team collaboration and efficiency.

Bluewave CRM doesn’t not allow its users to customize their dashboards once they create it compared to other advanced CRMs. Has a limited integrations on the variety and depth integration. For the rapidly growing organizations they require an upgrade or use other alternative solutions since it is limited in scalability.

The user interface and the features that come with Bluwave CRM are somewhat limited. It does require a bit of time for users or those who are less tech savvy to get accustomed to it. Once you do its not smooth sailing.

It does not provide scalability as some of the larger CRMs out. The platform is not well suited for sales because finding information for transactions is difficult at times. Monitoring sales updates and managing customer data there are areas that use improvement.

One major drawback is the difficulty of selling items to customers, which makes things cumbersome for managers. The web based application, for managing quotes and handling documents needs to be more user friendly.

Using bluwave, we setup proper follow ups with the client, right from first call to final call everything is being tracked and managed via it. It is very easy to use and the support team has also helped us well with the onboarding.

nothing as such, but yes a mobile application with the same kinda UI would be perfect

Bluwave CRM is user-friendly and easy to navigate.  The document tracking and the sales funnel is good and allows for easy reporting.  It also allows access from many avenues.

**What do you dislike about Bluwave CRM?**

For newer and less technologically savvy users, it can be a little difficult to navigate.  It also doesn't seem as scalable as the bigger CRM systems.

The best for this application is how you can manage your sales and add all the information about what you are selling, as well as to whom you sell it, which makes it easy for us to track our items.

Bluewave is beneficial for sales, but if you have numerous wholesale transactions, it can be somewhat challenging to track and identify who purchased from your wholesale store. However, generally speaking, if you organize everything clearly, there is an excellent method to store all the information.

The big problem is when we try to sell many items to many customers, and you, as a manager, can track all your items and the shipping for your store. Also, you can give access to many employees in your company.

To a beginner, Bluwave CRM has all the ease of use and the UI friendliness that any user can have. We have used many of the voiceIP integration and the product stands well with its competitors.

Sometimes the platform is very much small compared to the scale of the other application and the competitors in the market. The real-time notifications can be a place they can improve.
