**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

One thing that has really impressed us is their responsiveness. Even though they're in a different time zone, they're always quick to respond and resolve issues, often faster than local providers we've worked with in the past.

They're knowledgeable, proactive, and easy to work with. Rather than just fixing problems, they help us prevent them and continuously look for ways to improve our IT environment.

Their team has become a trusted extension of our business, allowing us to focus on serving our clients instead of worrying about technology.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

Nothing comes to mind. They are outstanding.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've had an outstanding experience working with this IT company. They designed and set up our entire server infrastructure, provide responsive help desk support, and have implemented strong security and backup solutions that give us complete confidence our data is protected.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jens-Philipp J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

Working with BlueGrid.io proves to be a continuing success story of the partnership we inherited through our 2023 acquisition, and we’ve only deepened it since.

Their team supports us across cybersecurity, development, and finance operations with a level of dedication and expertise that’s hard to find.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

Nothing to complain about. All good with bluegrid

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From building and monitoring our SOC to helping improve & develop internal tools and handling AP/AR functions, they’ve proven to be a reliable, proactive, and valuable partner at every step.

  ### 4. Reliable partner with exceptional engineering talent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samir S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

BlueGrid.io feels more like an extension of our team than an outsourced partner. Their developers are highly skilled, proactive, and communicate clearly. The onboarding process was smooth, and they quickly understood both our technical stack and business priorities.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike. Everything has been great so far and meets expectations.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueGrid.io:**

They’re dependable, communicative, and deeply invested in long-term success, not just completing tasks.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you need to scale your engineering capacity quickly without sacrificing quality or control they are the place to go. BlueGrid.io provides vetted engineers who integrate seamlessly into your workflow.

  ### 5. Great experience working with BlueGrid

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

They integrated into our team really smoothly and didn’t need much time to get up to speed. From the start, they were proactive, responsive, and easy to collaborate with. What stood out was how quickly they understood the project and just got to work.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The whole experience was straightforward and positive. Communication was clear, and there were no surprises along the way.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a project that required specific technical expertise and needed to be delivered quickly. Rather than going through a long hiring process or trying to reassign internal resources, we brought in BlueGrid as a contractor. They were able to step in and handle the work directly, which saved us time and helped us stay on track without compromising quality.

  ### 6. Partnership experience with BlueGrid

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M. | VP of Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

They immediately understood our technical needs and quickly supplied us with candidates that were on point with our budget and technical needs. After the first round I asked them to supply different candidates at different price points and they found exactly what I was asking for so I could present options to my higher ups.

You get a partnership team with BlueGrid. There's technical account manager(s), who are actual engineers that can assist with day-to-day feedback of the team along with the usual business and accounting relationships.

The cost-to-talent ratio is amazing. The work ethic and level of give a damn of the contractors is pretty amazing. I have full confidence BlueGrid could fill just about any technical role and seniority level position needed, which is really nice comfort to have as business needs change.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

I honestly don't have a lot of negatives about BlueGrid other than normal downsides you would have with any contracting agency. EU/Serbian employment law has a few more holidays than we do. Getting a clear feel for work options outside of business hours for emergencies isn't an exact science, but hasn't been a problem so far.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueGrid.io:**

I would definitely recommend BlueGrid if you are looking for a long term partnership to supplement or fill your engineering teams needs/positions. Professionalism, confidence in candidates and ability to understand the clients needs is really excellent.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had worked with BlueGrid at a previous company, and joined a new company where I had to replace the entire engineering team fast. They were the first people I thought of. We needed senior level frontend and backend to significantly refactor the current full stack environment in a condensed time period. The stack is unique Out-of-Home marketing platform that involves various big-data analytics and CRUD process paths. Their ability to understand the environment and refactor from top to bottom using modern best practices has been excellent.

  ### 7. I have worked with BlueGrid for a decade across 3 companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan M. | Temporary Sabbatical, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2024

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

BlueGrid is very diligent in setting up a feedback loop about employee performance. There are consistent meetings to go over any issues, and once something is identified, it is addressed, with appropriate follow-up. They don't drop issues or brush them under the rug. This kind of high touch service really stands out.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

BlueGrid is based in Serbia, and employees work on Serbian time, while we are based in California time. For some activities, this lack of time overlap makes scheduling meetings challenging, while for some others, the ability to work uninterrupted delivers more value. As a manager, you have to be very good at distinguishing the two cases, and optimizing for them. If your needs can't be asynchronous, you must be very efficient for when there's time overlap between you and your contractors as that time is very valuable due to its scarcity.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueGrid.io:**

If you need outsourced technical talent, BlueGrid is the best choice. There are others out there, but they lack the level of care and attention to detail which BlueGrid brings. The trust with them is there, and I keep going back for good reason.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BlueGrid is an outsourced technical labor contractor who provides talent. They have an extensive vetting process, and will work closely with you to make sure that they're asking the right questions and getting the right answers back from candidates. This attention to detail shows off very well, good interviews turn into great talent. Their reach is broad and extensive, they tap into a highly educated workforce. When we asked for graduate-level candidates, we got them. When we asked for skill-specific craftsmen, we got them.

  ### 8. High value teammates aligned to our evolving needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

Consultative, tailored efforts for hiring and teammate growth.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

In California, timing for project collaboration is fine for the late shift ending at 1pm Pacific. It is challenging for earlier shifts. This is not as much of an issue for Technical Support since we need around the clock support.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding great fits for our team, highly motivated and hard working teammates willing to learn and adapt to our business needs. We use Bluegrid for technical support and development with teammates embedded in our core products.

  ### 9. Great supplementary to existing team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Warner O. | Principal Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2024

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

Seamless integration into our existing development process and team.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

Honestly nothing, great group to work with.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueGrid.io:**

If you're looking to expand your team without having to go through a sometimes lengthy interview and hiring process or need to scale up BlueGrid.io is an excellent option to check out.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we used BlueGrid.io we were able to supplement our existing team without a serious ramp-up time. Additionally we didn't have to adjsut our schedule to accomodate any time-zone differences which was highly beneficial to the ramp-up time as well as ongoing work. All of their developers were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

  ### 10. Great company to provide Customer Support Engineers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wireless | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

They are very helpful when it comes to finding the right talent and supporting you when you need it.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

I've enjoyed working with them - wish they were outside of only Europe timezones but we made it work.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BlueGrid really helped fill out our Customer Support organization in our early days, especially when we needed 24x7 coverage. Their engineers are skilled and BlueGrid is a great partner.

  ### 11. Amazing Experience for many years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BlueGrid.io?**

The management team treats every business like their own.

**What do you dislike about BlueGrid.io?**

Nothing comes to mind. at this point. Great experience and when there's a problem they listen and adjust.

**Recommendations to others considering BlueGrid.io:**

I'd definitely recommend Ivan and the team from BlueGrid. They're extremely responsible, thoughtful and trustworthy. I've been using them for 10+ years and have had an excellent experience. I've also referred numerous clients to them that have all grown.

**What problems is BlueGrid.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluegrid provides staffing that grows your team.
