They immediately understood our technical needs and quickly supplied us with candidates that were on point with our budget and technical needs. After the first round I asked them to supply different candidates at different price points and they found exactly what I was asking for so I could present options to my higher ups.
You get a partnership team with BlueGrid. There's technical account manager(s), who are actual engineers that can assist with day-to-day feedback of the team along with the usual business and accounting relationships.
The cost-to-talent ratio is amazing. The work ethic and level of give a damn of the contractors is pretty amazing. I have full confidence BlueGrid could fill just about any technical role and seniority level position needed, which is really nice comfort to have as business needs change. I honestly don't have a lot of negatives about BlueGrid other than normal downsides you would have with any contracting agency. EU/Serbian employment law has a few more holidays than we do. Getting a clear feel for work options outside of business hours for emergencies isn't an exact science, but hasn't been a problem so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
