I had clients with very large data sets (50+ transactions a month, up to 10k skus) - to reconcile their shopify account on a monthly basis was a task that would take hours and the manual process always included opportunities for user error. Now we can see the accrual based sales throughout the accounting period giving the clients a much more accurate snapshot of their MTD revenue. It's also eased the burden of manual errors. I reached out to Blue Onion in the hopes that our Shopify journal entries and month end reporting cycle could be improved. Prior to Blue Onion, it would take 5 days to compile the data, create JEs, and reconcile payment processors. A very labor-intensive process. For the past year, JEs are created on day 1 and by day 2 payment processors are reconciled. This far exceeded my expectations. Lyndsey and her team are not looking for customers, they are looking for partners. Partners who provide feedback that can be used to improve the platform. In a world of automated customer service, it is refreshing that a person reads my emails and responds to my requests with a true answer. I could not be more pleased with Blue Onion.
