"Keeps our meetings on track!"

What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

This tool definitely helps meetings to run more smoothly and effectively. It not only keeps us on track, but it provides a place where, in between meetings, we are able to add topics, so they aren't forgotten about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

*Some of the items aren't super user-friendly. For example, we've been using it for years and still struggle to add/edit/update Rocks while in a meeting, or often move issues to the wrong meetings.

*Very simplistic. All the modules--Rocks, Issues, To-Dos-- look the same.

*Not customizeable.

*It's a place to drop information, but that information doesn't interact with you in any other way. There are no automated reminders about rocks or to-dos that are coming due, etc. Unless you actively remember to go in and check the software between meetings, it's very easy to forget what you're responsible for. What problems is Bloom Growth™ solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problems of meetings. Prior to using this tool, our meetings rarely had an agenda, they were all over the place, and sometimes ran 3+ hours...and yet accomplished very little! Bloom Growth allows us to stick to the L-10 format, keeping us on track, and saving SO much time. Our meetings are now shorter, yet more productive. And we are much less likely to forget to bring topics up, as we no longer have to rely on our memories, or random notes scribbled down--we have a central place where everyone is able to add headlines and discussion topics. What they call a dashboard is a fancy spreadsheet that highlights missed numbers in red. Nothing that amazing - but really that is the best thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

It needs more development.

Several of the sections seem to be not complete:

The graph that shows progress is of no value - it does not tell anything that is helpful

"Traction Tools - Bloom"

What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

Traction Tools (now called Bloom) keeps my meetings and to-do's simple and all in one spot. The user interface is easy to navigate and keeps me organized for my meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

For those of us unfamiliar with traditional meetings, Traction provides a space and a format for our meetings. It also encourages the discussion of issues in the workplace, goal (or Rock) creation and attainment and helps us to differentiate between simple "To Dos" and the larger "Rocks". What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

BY the same token, sometimes the very structure that I just praised becomes cumbersome. It can be difficult to figure out what comes next. It's not always clear how to take it to the next topic. This tool has completely changed the way our company functions. We now as a company develop Rocks that support Rocks that the Leadership has put in place. We have goals that are quarterly, yearly and that look ahead 3 and 5 years. More importantly, every person in the company knows they hold a piece of the puzzle that solves for those goals.
