I also like that I can run reports that are very customizable and exportable to Excel, which adds flexibility. **What do you dislike about BlackLine Financial Close Management?** There could be better connection to our Microsoft Dynamics accounting software because we currently get data in there manually, so that's not ideal. I wish we could toggle and add features, like turning off alerts for tasks with end dates or variance alerts, since we don't use that area much. You should be able to select a different date to drive journals from a data source to the data used for in transits. For example, for me to use Tasks, I have to set up a hierarchy for those tasks and this is set for all time. Blackline's whole purpose is to make more time to do more valuable analysis rather than spending hours on manual reconciliations, which I greatly resonate with. **What do you dislike about BlackLine Financial Close Management?** My biggest hinderance is nothing to do with the Blackline side but on the company side. We do not currently have journals or any AI integrated into our production environment. We have explored other task module software and BlackLine has been the best. Our BlackLine CSM is helpful and responsive, as well as our Account Manager. Tasks are an easy win to keep track of close and make sure the team is aligned - it has also helped with transition of duties. We use tasks every day. Reconciliations are a bit more difficult to implement and you need better change management.
