1. No trial so you have to pay without trying the software

2. Followed the documentation links but they didn't work

3. Asked support to cancel the account and refund since the software didn't work. Shared screenshots but they didn't refund anything.

- There is no explanation nor documentation as to what they define as a 'profile'

- They count same API endpoint AND same method (e.g. POST, OPTIONS, GET etc) as different profiles

- There's a max of 1000 profiles per day which is not mentioned anywhere on their pricing / feature pages (somewhere hidden in the faqs)

- Their support is worthless.

-- it is slow (takes various days for them to reply even AFTER they have seen the message)

-- Halve-assed replies. When you ask 2 things they only reply to 1

-- They give halve answers totally not trying to solve the issue (or educate me)

-- Their replies border on rude due super short (and very unhelpful) answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the performance profiling. This is HUGE in my line of work so I can quickly identify Memory, Network Calls and SQL requests. AWESOME documentation and support. Robust API Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
