The interface is simple and supports many frameworks. The customer support is also very good. **What do you dislike about Blackfire?** Best features available for only paid plans. **What problems is Blackfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me in solving the problem of finding performance issues in web applications. ### 2. No trial so you have to pay without trying the software 2. Followed the documentation links but they didn't work 3. Asked support to cancel the account and refund since the software didn't work. Shared screenshots but they didn't refund anything. 4. Support tried to get it going but no help from support as well. **What problems is Blackfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** None for me. The data was never pushed to backfire. I couldn't profile most of the API(s). Poor support. ### 3. Worthless customer service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Steven v. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2020 **What do you like best about Blackfire?** It helped us find some code base improvement opportunities. **What do you dislike about Blackfire?** - There is no explanation nor documentation as to what they define as a 'profile' - They count same API endpoint AND same method (e.g. POST, OPTIONS, GET etc) as different profiles - There's a max of 1000 profiles per day which is not mentioned anywhere on their pricing / feature pages (somewhere hidden in the faqs) - Their support is worthless. -- it is slow (takes various days for them to reply even AFTER they have seen the message) -- Halve-assed replies. When you ask 2 things they only reply to 1 -- They give halve answers totally not trying to solve the issue (or educate me) -- Their replies border on rude due super short (and very unhelpful) answers. **Recommendations to others considering Blackfire:** Go with any alternative. There's even a few open source ones that would probably serve you better than this. **What problems is Blackfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Explained this in 'dislikes' ### 4. This is HUGE in my line of work so I can quickly identify Memory, Network Calls and SQL requests. AWESOME documentation and support. Robust API **What do you dislike about Blackfire?** Honestly I can't think of anything that I dislike about this product so far. **Recommendations to others considering Blackfire:** How many customers are you losing because your app / site takes too long to load? Can you pinpoint what exactly is going on? You need Blackfire **What problems is Blackfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving issues we were having before of our apps performance with blackfire. We are getting very detailed insights on why we were so slow and issues that took weeks to figure out are now on the fly and update real-time.
