BKD Reviews & Product Details

BKD is an AI-powered dealership CRM built for independent and franchise car dealers in Canada and the US. Every rep gets an AI Sidekick that texts and emails leads in the rep's own name and style, then hands the conversation back. It includes calling and a power dialer, appraisals, live DMS inventory, a deal pipeline, and iOS and Android apps. One login covers the full lead-to-delivery lifecycle: lead intake and distribution, AI text and email follow-up, a visual workflow builder, appraisal and acquisition tools, inventory, the deal pipeline and delivery tracking. Every text, call and email lands in one thread. Calls stay human through browser calling and a Power Dial queue. Appraisals use sold comps with a transparent valuation breakdown, and customers can send in trade-ins through a capture link. Guardrails are built in. Manager requests, hostile customers and legal topics always go to a human, and nothing goes live until the dealer has tested it. Built in Canada, for Canadian and US stores.
