Also, the customer service is good. The lead management functions helped us to manage our leads' lifecycle easily. It keeps track of the lead source. You can see where your lead came in from, how they got there, and the next steps. Created marketing campaigns that we used over and over for multiple customers. Lots of pre-built templates for use. Overall an excellent software to use. **What do you dislike about Bixjet?** They keep on launching new features every month, and learning the ins and outs of the new functions need a bit of training. But they are always there to support you. **Recommendations to others considering Bixjet:** Signup and take the demo sessions to configure the tool for your business needs. At this price you will not get these features in any small business software **What problems is Bixjet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting new Leads, Lead capturing from web pages & social campaigns, Contacts management.
