Pricing and quoting capability of B2W and capability to adapt as per our Business requirement.
Time to Delivery of our Business.
Knowledge of the expert involved who helped in Digital transformation.
Flexibility with different Technology and applications.
Capability to handle the Large volume of Customer for Pricing and Quoting.
Shopping Cart (New feature a new step towards our Growth).
Compatibility with Latest Salesforce features.

**What do you dislike about bit2win?**

Very Broad Data Model which is not easy to understand.
It will be good if we have compatibility with some CICD tool to automate and ease deployment.

**What problems is bit2win solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Complex Pricing Business requirement.
Reduce concept to market time.
Centralized the Order Management for multiple sales channel.
Centralized the Product Management for multiple sales channel.

**What do you like best about bit2win?**

- A strong Rule Engine allow to manage very complex business rules and pricing calculation for B2B market.
- UX/UI cart improvement, introduced with last 2020 versión, enhance the user experience in products configuration.
- Service Point features + Rule Engine allow to configure complex and massive B2B products configuration escenarios.
- Periodic product Improvements and Challenge Roadmap

**What do you dislike about bit2win?**

- Product creation and administration pages are not intuitive. It would be necessary to improve administrator User Experience
- Rule creation and configuration is not easy with the actual User Experience

**What problems is bit2win solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Reduce Time2Market in opportunity/quoting product configuration
- Strong Rule Engine allow to manage very complex business rules and pricing calculation for B2B market.
- Possibility to manage different catalog and products to cover multiple countries, business segment and currency. With the rule engine is possible to generate different kind of rules to manage elegibility,pricing,visibility of catalog and/or product based on context information like Account Segment, Country...

**What do you like best about bit2win?**

Being built natively on Salesforce platform Bit2win Loyalty module is fully integrated with other Salesforce components and the user experience is seamless.
It offers many criteria to define loyalty programs,  eligibility rules and benefits for the customer.

**What do you dislike about bit2win?**

Nothing really important. The Loyalty module is pretty new, but the product team is  actively working to implement all the requests for new functionalities and improvments.

**What problems is bit2win solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bit2win Loyalty module allows us to create flexible loyalty programs and to activate them in an omnichannel scenario.

- Flexible cloud service well integrated in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Affordable CPQ with great rules engine
- New versions interfaces are getting close to the best options in the market
- Easy package adaptation for custom settings if needed

**What do you dislike about bit2win?**

- Room of improvement in working with high volume of products
- Chances for enhancement around the product ecosystem like self-trainings tools or certifications
- Opportunity for development of guided processes around product quoting

**What problems is bit2win solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to B2W we streamline our quoting processing while standardising product modeling from several perspectives: Sales, Engineering, Pricing or Provisioning.

**What do you like best about bit2win?**

the software is able to adapt to all kinds of scenarios, creating different products, creating rules
that adapt to specific needs.
In fact, the customer is also given the control to customize its operation.
Ease of use on the administrative and user side.
New and easy-to-use, intuitive Interface that allows users to reduce sales times.

**What do you dislike about bit2win?**

it is a constantly evolving software and every improvement or request that may be a negative side for the customer, is taken into consideration and a solution found. Nothing to say

Flexible product and excellent catalog management. BPM Symphony for managing long-running processes. Continuous evolution, innovation, and improvement of the product.

Manage Bit2Win/heroku environments, with scratch org and SFDX.

Governor Limit Salesforce and application scalability. Management of complex pricing.

It is an innovative cloud product, easy to use and very intuitive, that adapts easily to every need. Organized schematically, it allows operators to reduce management time, improving the quality of their work.

The cart is simple and intuitive, excellent catalog management with more targeted sales offers. The graphical interface allows for reduced management time on the operator side. Approved 😜
