The support I get from BionicWP is next level. I have never had to close a ticket without getting an answer and being helped in a very quick period of time. The server speeds are fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at all. Just incredible…I have nothing negative to say Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BionicWP has been hands-down the best experience, after trying big-name companies for hosting. I was referred to BionicWP by a colleague. From start to finish, it has been easy and very intuitive. They had many features for performance and all of your pertinent tools right there on their admin dashboard. After a quick overview of the tools, I was ready to go.

Their support is top-notch, really, it is. I have asked big and small questions about their features or issues I've had on my WordPress build that other companies either couldn't answer or would escalate and never get solved. Talhi and the rest of the team are truly a pleasure to work with. They really take care of anything you have any questions about, and while I haven't used it, they do offer actual edits to your WordPress as well!

I've had better performance and as hands-on an experience as I need without dealing with a huge company where you get lost in the cracks. Nothing but stellar experiences across the board! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really haven't found anything I dislike, its a quick login, quick support, and easy to use and implement. I use it every day and haven't had any down time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BionicWP's support is nothing short of phenomenal. I was reluctant to change hosting companies because I couldn't imagine they're being a big difference in Support. I admit I was so terribly wrong. These guys are truly there every moment of every day every second and I don't know how it's possible but they are absolutely phenomenal. It seems as if I talk to the same person every time but I reach out for support and help all different hours of the day but they're always there immediately and it's mind blowing, and they always had the solution and they always go above and beyond to ensure that we're taking care of even if it has nothing to do with them you can't go wrong with this company.

I once faced a significant glitch during a high-traffic period on my website. I reached out to BionicWP's support, expecting the usual wait time and vague responses. Instead, I was blown away by their immediate attention and cohesive solution. They not only fixed the issue swiftly but also explained the cause and preventive measures, showcasing their dedication to comprehensive customer care.

Furthermore, BionicWP’s proactive nature ensures that potential issues are identified and resolved even before one notices them. This foresight lends a tremendous peace of mind as a customer, knowing that my website is in capable and caring hands.

Each interaction with their team leaves me more impressed and grateful, building a level of trust and confidence that sets them apart in the industry. I cannot recommend BionicWP highly enough for anyone seeking peace of mind through stellar support. They truly are the backbone that allows me to focus on my business, worry-free. I'm not gonna lie. I just sat here for 10 minutes trying to think of what I didn't like and came up with nothing. I'm not getting paid for this review. Either. This is just me being so thankful because they help me with such a large problem that I simply could not handle that had nothing to do with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bionic's WordPress hosting is quick to deploy and very fast. Their white-label support is better than any WordPress support partner I have ever had. I have about 40 website clients and their support team integrates with my in-house team seamlessly and handles my clients without any handholding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't dislike anything about Bionic. When they are able to offer more complex development support, I will be first in line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fast and actually very helpful live chat support. 99% of my issues are resolved within 10 minutes of the live chat support. The Speed and Secure plan is amazing. Go with that plan and don't look back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't dislike anything about BionicWP. This should be the end of your search for a WordPress hosting provider. Choose BionicWP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The whole team is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to WP work. The response times are lightning quick and they're constantly going above and beyond with flexible solutions to problems. I can't imagine operating without them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish they did more than just Wordpress. If every partner company we worked with was as buttoned up as them, life would be much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their sales team is incredibly friendly and helpful. Talha, met with me multiple times to quell my concerns and walk me through their process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have a negative thing to say about BionicWp! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only do they have amazing service, but their service is ridiculously good. There have been so many occasions where they go above and beyond. Just recently I had a team member accidentally roll a client's site back to an older version from 6 months ago. I thought we were going to have to rebuild the entire site. Bionic support dug through every single possible way to find the updated version of the site. They spent so much time and even the owner jumped in and helped out finding it. Within hours they were able to find the proper updated site and get it restored. Then they went through and fixed individual links and buttons that were pointing to the wrong place. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I LOVE Bionic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. Nothing at all. I love Bionic. I have literally no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service is second to none. Their response are lightning fast as is there hosting service. A huge plus that they go above and beyond to resolve plug in issues. Can't say enough good things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing to dislike. They check all the boxes I need from a hosting provider and then some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service backend is incredible - really makes WordPress sites the fastest on the market. That alone is great, what is as good or even better is above board and reapid support - in person. You don't talk to a robot, but a person that know 'what they are doing'. I would give 6 starts if there would be such a thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As much as I have thought about this - there is nothing I dislike so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
