I was referred to BionicWP by a colleague. From start to finish, it has been easy and very intuitive. They had many features for performance and all of your pertinent tools right there on their admin dashboard. After a quick overview of the tools, I was ready to go. Their support is top-notch, really, it is. I have asked big and small questions about their features or issues I've had on my WordPress build that other companies either couldn't answer or would escalate and never get solved. Talhi and the rest of the team are truly a pleasure to work with. They really take care of anything you have any questions about, and while I haven't used it, they do offer actual edits to your WordPress as well! I've had better performance and as hands-on an experience as I need without dealing with a huge company where you get lost in the cracks. Nothing but stellar experiences across the board! **What do you dislike about BionicWP?** I really haven't found anything I dislike, its a quick login, quick support, and easy to use and implement. I was reluctant to change hosting companies because I couldn't imagine they're being a big difference in Support. I admit I was so terribly wrong. These guys are truly there every moment of every day every second and I don't know how it's possible but they are absolutely phenomenal. It seems as if I talk to the same person every time but I reach out for support and help all different hours of the day but they're always there immediately and it's mind blowing, and they always had the solution and they always go above and beyond to ensure that we're taking care of even if it has nothing to do with them you can't go wrong with this company. I once faced a significant glitch during a high-traffic period on my website. I reached out to BionicWP's support, expecting the usual wait time and vague responses. Instead, I was blown away by their immediate attention and cohesive solution. They not only fixed the issue swiftly but also explained the cause and preventive measures, showcasing their dedication to comprehensive customer care. I just sat here for 10 minutes trying to think of what I didn't like and came up with nothing. I'm not getting paid for this review. Either. This is just me being so thankful because they help me with such a large problem that I simply could not handle that had nothing to do with them. **What problems is BionicWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bionic host all of our websites from our agency. They provide top level hosting support so that the websites are always blazing fast and free of errors since switching to them the amount of time that we've spent being reactive to a down site or an issue on a site has reduced at least 80%, which is incredible. Also, they have a service where they actually perform special little tasks for each client so that saves us having to staff an extra person they simply handle it as if they were part of our team. It's kind of like they are part of our team. Actually, the migrations are super simple. I actually thought that the last hosting company I was at had an unbeatable migration service because they made it super easy for me to do, but I never accounted for bionic who surpasses them in a massive way because they handle the migration themselves so there's no way to get easier than that. This place is worth every penny and I'm so glad I found them. ### 4. Their white-label support is better than any WordPress support partner I have ever had. I have about 40 website clients and their support team integrates with my in-house team seamlessly and handles my clients without any handholding. **What do you dislike about BionicWP?** I don't dislike anything about Bionic. When they are able to offer more complex development support, I will be first in line. **What problems is BionicWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bionic saves me time most of all. There have been so many occasions where they go above and beyond. Just recently I had a team member accidentally roll a client's site back to an older version from 6 months ago. I thought we were going to have to rebuild the entire site. Bionic support dug through every single possible way to find the updated version of the site. They spent so much time and even the owner jumped in and helped out finding it. Within hours they were able to find the proper updated site and get it restored. Then they went through and fixed individual links and buttons that were pointing to the wrong place. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I LOVE Bionic. **What do you dislike about BionicWP?** Nothing. Nothing at all. I love Bionic. I have literally no complaints. **What problems is BionicWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their hosting is so much faster than other solutions that we've worked with. Their support is insane they've helped out with so many things that I wouldn't have thought a hosting company would help with. They have 24/7 support and it is legit 24/7. Historically we haven't done a great job at managing plug in updates. Usually we wait till something breaks before we fix it.
