Simple to use invoicing app offering useful features such as online payments - so clients can pay the invoice right on the spot using their cards. I also really like recurring invoices, they make it super easy to invoice regular clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isnt really any downside on the mobile app but the web up got definitely use some UI work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the app just doesn;t work, and if your reach out for help, the response is useless Bot or a resounding silence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of support

The way support blames me for issues

The way support suggests I’m the only one that has a problem.

The way support returns an answer to your query as if you asked a totally different question.

The day (same day every month) my direct debit comes out of my account you can’t use the App, multiple queries have made no difference (maybe it’s our weak Australian dollar)

I sent a detailed description of an issue I was having only to get a reply asking for the exact information I sent them.

Although you used to be able to review your Client details on an Inv’ or Ord’ or Pro’ Inv’ you now can’t if you do open them the App deletes all the details.

I upgraded 6 months ago to an IPhone 11 and since then the App will only randomly email from the App. I have to sync the phone then the IPad and email from the IPad. Support either tells me they can’t reproduce the fault, or to do an upgrade (which I have as well as deleting and reloading multiple times) and or doesn’t even return or answer/address the query. The price is reasonable. I love the combination of simplicity and accuracy. I like the way it works. Thanks to Billdu I can send professional invoices, estimates wherever I am. I highly recommend anyone to use this for their business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
