Bildena School Reviews & Product Details

Bildena School brings the timetable, the registers, the letters home, the marks and the money into one system — for the head, the office, every teacher and every family. The timetable is the foundation: the full Bildena Scheduler Pro is included, with cover and the duty rota. On top of it: registers and absences, letters and consents in each family's language, parent meetings, gradebooks, exams and reports, support plans and the health office, enrolment with e-signature, invoices and automatic payment, care and pick-up, the school calendar and the figures the authority asks for. Each role sees its own work, enforced on the server. Families and students use the app in the browser, also on a smartphone: report an absence before school, read and sign letters, book parent evenings, see released marks. Switch off what your school does not use — the price stays the same. Hosted in German data centres, data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), export everything any time. The first month is free.
