The solver is Google OR-Tools CP-SAT: hard rules such as "no teacher in two rooms at once" are guaranteed, preferences such as gaps or free days are weighed. You watch the conflicts fall in real time and can stop at any moment and keep the best timetable so far. If a timetable cannot exist, Bildena says so before solving and names the rules that clash. Move a lesson by hand and only the lessons it collides with are replanned. Cover and the duty rota are included; Pro adds course choice, course blocks and a personal timetable for every student, and teachers' working time for all 16 German states.
