As it uses Amazon Glacier it protects and stores the data at a very reasonable price. The data is secured all of the time because of the private encryption and it has block-level backup. The speed is not that but on an average level and I think it’s **What do you dislike about BigMIND Cloud?** I was very happy to find out about the lifetime package that this platform offers and instantly bought it but using it after two years I was notified that I have to pay for the maintenance charges. It was somewhat weird and did not make a good impression because I think the price should have been included when I was purchasing it or at least they should have told me about the maintenance charges before. **What problems is BigMIND Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoolz storage platform provides a hybrid backup, which means it provides a file backup facility to the network or any kind of external drives and combines them with the cloud storage facility. This helps me to have multiple levels of backup over different platforms. Zoolz platform consists of two types of storage one is known as cold storage and the other is known as vault storage. In the cold storage, I can easily get my regular backups and recover files whereas in the vault storage I store my work regularly. ### 2. I do not use any other software other than Zoolz Intelligent Cloud for official file sharing, storage and transfer. Its sharing controls and audits of user activity helps operate businesses smoothly. Provided storage is enough for storing all formats of files and it keep our data uploaded on cloud space by the process of automatic file sync. **What do you dislike about BigMIND Cloud?** Zoolz Intelligent Cloud is little bit expensive as compare to other alternatives and the desired location of a file being moved cannot be specified. The online and offline access of some files is not managed efficiently and speed of large files is depends upon speed of internet bandwidth. **What problems is BigMIND Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Along with providing storage space, it allows document and file management. It has numerous collaborative tools and offers third party integration too. Zoolz Intelligent Cloud has an outstanding search feature. It is cloud based thus allows you to access your data from different devices. ### 3. It is very easy to use. It has amazing features with 100% functionalities. Its pricing is very reasonable and provides us more value for what we are paying. Its file backup and restoration is very good and easy to access. They provide 100% of security to your saved files. It works at good speed. Their privacy and support is good. **What do you dislike about BigMIND Cloud?** It is good at all but one of the most frustrating things in zoolz is file recovery. It takes a lot of time while recovering a very old file from backup. There is no unlimited backup plan. Its download speed is very low and takes a lot of time finding files. It does not provide two factor authentications. **Recommendations to others considering BigMIND Cloud:** It backs up with respect to its file type so we can access it easily. The backup is very strong and secure. **What problems is BigMIND Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits this tool provides me are so many. Some of the best reason using it is easily accessing from mobile phone. It provides functionality in low pricing. We can share our files to our five users at a time. ### 4. I was able to get a lifetime plan of 2TB for a really decent price so do not have to continually fork out the bucks. Also like the single login and sharing options. **What do you dislike about BigMIND Cloud?** The dashboard is laid out nice but not really self explanatory so have to go in search of their FAQ information to make sure you are putting files where you want them. I do like how the areas are separated and color coded which allows for quick viewing **Recommendations to others considering BigMIND Cloud:** Be sure you know where you are putting your files as there are two areas - your vault storage and your cold storage. You can not get files out of cold storage for use immediately so if it is something you need to keep working with, put it in your vault. **What problems is BigMIND Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Was able to back up important information and thus be able to keep my laptop hard drive from getting too crowded.
