**What do you like best about Bigfoot Hospitality?**

Being able to update all rooms at same time.

**What do you dislike about Bigfoot Hospitality?**

Website for the product had spelling mistakes and didn't state mission clearly, so it took time to figure out how I was supposed to even begin using the OTA Management feature.

**Recommendations to others considering Bigfoot Hospitality:**

Use the online chat if you need help with any issues.

**What problems is Bigfoot Hospitality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a high turnover rate for entry levels and interns at the company, so I frequently had to teach newbies how to do everything. Bigfoot Distribution Management product cut down on my teaching time and newbies were able to complete their tasks faster.
