What do you like best about BeyondTrucks?

I like how BeyondTrucks has eliminated redundant data entry with its integration from our ERP system. Its capability to consolidate multiple data sources, including Google Sheets, ELD, and ERP, is really helpful. Additionally, I appreciate that BeyondTrucks integrates with ADP, which has improved our payroll processing and driver visibility. Although the initial implementation was complex due to the involvement of multiple integrations and departmental input, the BeyondTrucks staff was knowledgeable, organized, and managed the project effectively to make the process as smooth as possible. What do you dislike about BeyondTrucks?

There should be a documented overview of the product's logic, especially for integrations. Sometimes, we only understood how an integration worked after it was implemented. What do you like best about BeyondTrucks?

I really appreciate how BeyondTrucks has eliminated so much paper and streamlined our dispatch process. The organization and time savings are huge, especially since everything is digital now. Orders no longer get lost, and the integration with our accounting software saves us a ton of back-end work. What do you like best about BeyondTrucks?

The easy to use customer interface and intergration with google maps has made our experience with beyond trucks an extremey positive one. Our drivers love to use the app, and it has helped us significantly in being able to transition form paper to electronic dispatching. Customer service has also been exceptional with their constant availability and quick response times. What do you like best about BeyondTrucks?

I like the batch functions. We quickly and easily audit/process large amounts of invoices and payables in an instant so we can focus on what matters. They respond to questions extremely quickly and help has never been far away in the instances we have needed it. Our field users took to it like fish in water when we rolled it out last year. What do you dislike about BeyondTrucks?

Beyond Trucks is a powerful platform with an impressive range of features. But at times it can feel like there there's more functionality than we actually need or know how to take full advantage of.

In some cases, the abundance of tools leaves us unsure of which features would deliver the biggest benefit for our business, and training or onboarding for these advanced capabilities could be more streamline. A more guided approach- highlighting only the most relevant tools for our workflows- would help us unlock the true potential of the software without feeling buried in options.
