What do you like best about BeyondTrucks?

The easy to use customer interface and intergration with google maps has made our experience with beyond trucks an extremey positive one. Our drivers love to use the app, and it has helped us significantly in being able to transition form paper to electronic dispatching. Customer service has also been exceptional with their constant availability and quick response times. What do you like best about BeyondTrucks?

I like the batch functions. We quickly and easily audit/process large amounts of invoices and payables in an instant so we can focus on what matters. They respond to questions extremely quickly and help has never been far away in the instances we have needed it. Our field users took to it like fish in water when we rolled it out last year. What do you dislike about BeyondTrucks?

Beyond Trucks is a powerful platform with an impressive range of features. But at times it can feel like there there's more functionality than we actually need or know how to take full advantage of.

In some cases, the abundance of tools leaves us unsure of which features would deliver the biggest benefit for our business, and training or onboarding for these advanced capabilities could be more streamline. A more guided approach- highlighting only the most relevant tools for our workflows- would help us unlock the true potential of the software without feeling buried in options. What problems is BeyondTrucks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Beyond Trucks, tracking driver work, hours, and pay required juggling multiple spreadsheets and manual updates—leaving plenty of room for errors and wasted time. Since implementing the system, these processes have been streamlined into one easy-to-manage platform.

We can now see driver loads, mileage, and hours in real time, with accurate pay calculations automatically generated. This not only saves hours of administrative work each week but also reduces mistakes and keeps payroll consistent and transparent.
