Waterfall enrichment like none other! It removes the pain from using multiple vendors and consolidates it into one platform. The onboarding is so simple, that even a 5th grader could use this! I take a list that I built in Sales Navigator, or a third-party vendor, upload it to BetterContact, and the magic starts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing really to dislike.

They updated their entire application UI, making it 10X easier to use now.

I done cold emailing/cold calling for over 8 years at this point and used over a dozen databases over time. For email accuracy, ease of use and availability of mobile number coverage for Asian based countries (I used it primarily for Singapore), there is nothing that comes close in my opinion. For pulling mobile numbers for a list, it would be great if I could define the country code of the numbers I'm interested in and the platform can skip past any that does not matches that (and don't charge any credit for those). Bettercontact has been the best phone enrichment for my outbound agency so far. For each list, I get at least 60% enrichment rate. The numbers provided are generally the good ones. They price per phone found, not per research, which is not the case of bettercontact main competitors, so it is the most effective and cost effective on the market right now. Very good software, I personally used it for finding phone numbers. The UI is very intuitive and looks very nice. I haven't used it a crazy amount yet but I know it's one of the best softwares in the game from my experience and from what I have heard online.

On top of that the one of the founders Roman is a super nice and helpful guy!!

This is overall a very good product and don't have any complaints. The only thing I would say as a small thing is the fact when you process a lead list you can't cancel the processing, which doesn't bode well if the user has made a mistake due to human error, which I did haha Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their waterfall enrichment is a great feature as it combines various data sources to source data for the price of a single subscription.

This is especially great for phone numbers enrichment as they provide better coverage than competitors for a fraction of the price.

I do not deslike anything as such, but I'd have preferred that it provided gmail and yahoo etc emails as well, especially the ones that their data sources already have. A lot of small companies, service providers and especially sole proprieters use Gmail etc as a B2B email listed on their website so excluding those are a bit disappointing in my opinion. Bettercontact is amazing and verifying and replacing emails. You can pay all the money to the leading sales intelligence platforms and still end up with a bunch of incorrect emails. Lusha's emails we're getting us around a 70% accuracy rate. After running them through BetterContact this turned into above 98%. I do hyper-personalized outbound for executives from large companies.

After doing deep research on a specfic prospect that a client wants to meet with, it is of upmost importance that I have the right email and right phone number, otherwise, all of the time spent on the research and personalization goes to waste.

I've been using BetterContact and it has made it so I never need to worry about an email bouncing ever again. When it's time to make a call, I know that if BetterContact can't find the number, it's unlikely I'll find it anywhere else.
