"Fantastic Pre-Launch Experience with BERK Labs"

5/5

What do you like best about BERK Labs?

Joshua has the ability to explain complex topics/ideas with both patience and clarity. Every question we’ve asked to date has been answered in a timely and detailed manner. Furthermore, he genuinely seems to care about our company and the success of the upcoming campaigns, which wasn’t the feeling we got from other agencies we spoke with. Without a doubt one of the most professional marketing agencies we’ve come across. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BERK Labs?

Nothing negative to mention so far. We're still in the pre-launch stage, but everything so far has gone smoothly. Joshua and his team have answered countless questions for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BERK Labs:

Do it! You won't be disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BERK Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Launching our AdWords Campaign and everything that it entails. We are relatively new to this marketing channel, but BERK Labs have been exceptional in educating and explaining the fundamentals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Terrific Partner"

5/5

What do you like best about BERK Labs?

I started working with BERK Labs a few months ago and I already can tell I'll be working with them for a long time to come. Their work is *absolutely stellar." They've helped me set up a number of effective search, video, and performance campaigns, refine those campaigns, and achieve excellent results. More than that, they've been incredibly proactive in helping me identify ways to improve our overall digital footprint, even when it goes beyond the scope of what they're signed up for. You couldn't ask for anything more in a partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BERK Labs?

So far I haven't identified any real downsides to working with BERK. They've been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent experience"

5/5

Describe the project or task BERK Labs helped with:

As a startup, we needed to find a marketing firm that could create results. BERKS Labs has done just that! Josh is an expert in the field and goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcome. He and his team are incredibly professional and easy to work with. Great experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BERK Labs?

The team is extremely thorough! We previously had a marketing team that did the bare minimum and we constantly had to ask for more. BERK Labs went above and beyond from the very start! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BERK Labs?

In order for them to set up your campaigns, they rely on you heavily to provide information for them to get started. This can be a bit time-consuming but is just a one-time experience initially. If you can provide all the information for them quickly, the faster they can get your campaigns started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BERK Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team needed an expert in marketing but did not have the budget for a full-time marketing employee. By using BERKS Labs we were able to have a marketing expert without the long-term commitment of a full-time employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
