Gather helps us conduct conversational AI surveys, interviews and collect data pointers which can used to create the vast data basis which AI can be trained. It helps us keep the specific data in a very categorized form and clearly maintain it for future use. It records the data and it can create a quality and qualitative report or analysis and representation purposes. I love using Gather for market research because it's incredibly efficient. It doesn't require a lot of overhead, and I can quickly open a project and get answers faster than with traditional methods. I appreciate how intuitive it is for guests, allowing us to understand the nuances of consumer feedback that we wouldn't get from static NPS results or traditional surveys. What I like best about Gather is that the research is usable. For our State of Continuous Security Validation study, Gather helped us uncover clear market insights that we could turn into a strong point of view, not just another set of survey results. I find Gather really helpful for virtual collaboration and staying connected with colleagues in a way that feels more interactive than standard video calls. I like the interface and usability of Gather. It facilitates asynchronous conversation, allowing me to choose well with whom and when to talk, limiting access to rooms and people. I think Gather could improve integration with external services. It would be great if it worked with music, coding, writing apps, and others. It's also not very convenient to have to open an iframe to access other sites; I wish these options were internal and more free, without needing to create additional accounts. The Gather Survey is very smart and easy to use and surveys get created quickly without much hassle. Also gives real time analytics and along with proper security and confidentiality.
