**What do you like best about Gather?**

I appreciate Gather’s customizable spatial virtual workspace design that fits our multi-campus organization’s needs and supports my HR payroll work seamlessly. It lets me build permanent, dedicated work zones for different training programs and discussions, unlike generic meeting tools. This clarity keeps conversations focused and avoids mixing unrelated topics. The persistent record retention is also a standout aspect as it preserves collaborative records long after meetings, allowing me to quickly access verified attendance data for payroll processing. Gather's intuitive layout requires minimal training, making it accessible for instructors lacking experience with complex software. It also eliminates the inefficiency of traveling between training centers for meetings, allowing me to resolve issues more efficiently. Overall, these features make cross-campus coordination more organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Gather?**

The platform lacks structured, exportable reporting tools tailored for HR audit needs. Though Gather stores full meeting conversation history, it cannot filter, tag or export summaries by employee name, leave type or overtime claim. This makes preparing German labor compliance audits time-consuming, as I have to manually go through chat lines to collect evidence and paste snippets into separate Excel logs. Also, the permission control system is too rigid for mixed full-time HR staff and temporary teaching staff. Gather only supports broad group-wide access rather than granular, individual access rules, which creates minor GDPR privacy risks when handling personnel financial information. Lastly, during the initial setup, there were no pre-built HR or education-focused workspace templates, and setting up role-based access control was tedious.

**What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gather to streamline cross-campus team collaboration and standardize staff communication. It resolves fragmented communication, prevents payroll errors by verifying attendance data, and reduces travel for meetings. It also helps with compliance tracking, making my coordination and payroll tasks more efficient.

**What do you like best about Gather?**

BeHeard makes guest feedback feel actionable. It consolidates guest sentiment into a clear usable view that helps us understand what our customers are actually experiencing across channels. The platform is super intuitive for both back end users and consumer facing UI/UX. It's so easy to roll out projects quickly and does the analytics for you so you get to the "so what" quicker.

**What do you dislike about Gather?**

Less of a dislike, more of a consideration - like any tool, it does require some calibrating to start (their team does a good job of supporting the onboarding). You need to train the AI on your brand guidelines and calibrate the initial summaries in your brand/org voice.

**What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of fragmented, anecdotal guest feedback. It gives us a centralized view on consumer sentiment across the journey. It allows us to understand what's really driving delight/dissatisfaction because it allows our consumer to give us feedback in natural language (not just NPS ratings with no insight as to drivers).
We can move faster - we get the signals of what's working and what's not - and then make decisions on experience improvm
