I was looking for a feedback tool that allowed me to manage my clients' feedback in one platform, and also was easy to manage for them and for me at the same time. Not all my clients are tech-savvy, and it was important to consider it when choosing a tool for reviews. I have tested it with one of my clients and their website review, and so far the experience has been great. Easy to install, easy to comment, and even easier to track progress. I'm missing some features that I think are in their roadmap and could improve the user experience, such as not requiring guests to register for commenting, or adding a "plus" symbol to add new comments or continue commenting after without the need to use shortcuts to not interrupt workflow.
