Then a category called "sent to me" so you don't have to browse an entire app. Then integrations part. For a new tool, these guys deliver great value for a very competitive price. You can even record a video and add it to your comment with your explanation. **What do you dislike about Beep?** I'm still missing a video feedback option. Once they add this feature nothing will be close enough unless you pay for an enterprise tool that is so expensive for small agencies. **What problems is Beep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beep is helping us to gather feedback on our product design. We also use Beep for our parent company (agency) where we can easily get some valuable info on projects we deliver to our agency clients. It provides such a great value for little cost. ### 2. Not all my clients are tech-savvy, and it was important to consider it when choosing a tool for reviews. I have tested it with one of my clients and their website review, and so far the experience has been great. Easy to install, easy to comment, and even easier to track progress. At the same time, my clients know what I'm currently working on. **What do you dislike about Beep?** I'm missing some features that I think are in their roadmap and could improve the user experience, such as not requiring guests to register for commenting, or adding a "plus" symbol to add new comments or continue commenting after without the need to use shortcuts to not interrupt workflow. Anyways, so far it has been a great experience. I wish them all the success! In my experience, Beep made collaboration and the feedback process on web projects effortless. I particularly liked the automatic screenshot feature, and options for file attachments & screen recording. So even if it was now easier to give feedback, the message was also a lot clearer. It’s also great for client work as comments can be shared via email or link to allow non-user stakeholders to participate in discussions too. **What do you dislike about Beep?** Works great for intended purposes, but the tool could be further improved for B2B clients if it allowed users to insert custom branding elements and customize the color scheme of the feedback tool and dashboard. **What problems is Beep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves time in many things.
