There are a lot of features you guys would love such as a Kanban board similar to Trello. Then a category called "sent to me" so you don't have to browse an entire app. Then integrations part. I was looking for a feedback tool that allowed me to manage my clients' feedback in one platform, and also was easy to manage for them and for me at the same time. Not all my clients are tech-savvy, and it was important to consider it when choosing a tool for reviews. I have tested it with one of my clients and their website review, and so far the experience has been great.

I'm missing some features that I think are in their roadmap and could improve the user experience, such as not requiring guests to register for commenting, or adding a "plus" symbol to add new comments or continue commenting after without the need to use shortcuts to not interrupt workflow.

I recently had the opportunity to incorporate Beep into our workflow, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of remarkable. From the get-go, what stands out the most about Beep is its user-friendly interface. In my experience, Beep made collaboration and the feedback process on web projects effortless. I particularly liked the automatic screenshot feature, and options for file attachments & screen recording. So even if it was now easier to give feedback, the message was also a lot clearer. Very satisfied with my experience with Beep. It simplifies how I share feedback on websites. It’s got an easy and simple UI. Just straightforward comments anywhere on the web and I'm done, because each comes with its own screenshot! No more email threads or complicated tools. The organization options (hashtag or project folders) keep everything tidy on a shareable webpage. And being able to turn comments into tasks? Smart move. I tested Beep in the free version and have to say it's awesome. We will use the software to discuss features, design and so on with our clients and for that beep is a good solution.

I like especially that you can have different projects with your individual clients and teammates.

It's really simple to use for everyone.
