Beebole is flexible with its setting for setting up exclusive members or groups, setting the daily or weekly required hours and overtime specific to groups or departments. Timesheet forms the basis for our many financial reports and getting it in a specific format accurately is very much important and beebole has been really useful for this. **What do you dislike about Beebole?** If I want to see the incomplete timesheets, I thought I will just look into the Draft section but when I checked under Approved section, there was entries which didn't complete for the entire month which is not showing in the Draft. We've been using it to mainly understand the time recorded by different departments on different projects and we've been able to tailor it particularly to our need. Any issues we faced, we've been able to resolve with their customer support, who are very responsive through chat and also open for a meeting. We've also had calls with the team seeking possible opportunities for integration with our existing applications, which we understand is possible and will be looking to get that done next. **What do you dislike about Beebole?** We currentyl do have the following options : 1. While sending automated reminders for submission, it doesn't show which week of which month is pending for submission 2. There is no option to send automatic reminders to approvers, like we can for pending submissions 3. It would have been great if we can restrict hours with mininum hours and maximum hours. Beebole is easy for everyone to use. I don't get complaints, and some new staff express how easy it is to use compared to what was used at the previous company. I generate several different reports to look at timesheet data and easily export reports to Excel. What I most appreciate though is how thorough their support team has been when I seek answers to questions or attempt something that makes sense to me but I can't find a way to do it. They have been awesome, which is a compliment I won't make for most companies, especially post in the past 3 years. **What do you dislike about Beebole?** I have attempted to set up the budgeting capability in Beebole. For us, it is insufficient for the way staff track budgets on projects. Some projects have contractors and others extend for a year or several more, with rate changes and even budgetary changes along the way. We let go of attempting to use Beebole for this purpose. **What problems is Beebole solving and how is that benefiting you?** All but one staff bill clients for their services. I do the invoicing and payroll for their work. Beebole is essential in these processes. I didn't set it up initiallly and when I took on these tasks I was able to quickly learn Beebole and adapt it further to the tasks I perform. I don't want to even investigate another software at this point.
