All of the templates are layed out for you and then even are connected with unsplash photos which is a stock photo site. There is a small learning curve to getting started on the platform. Because the design is automated, some people have troubles with the minor limitations around customization. After decades, and I mean decades of using Powerpoint, the switch to Beautiful.ai for my daily presentations was easy. I love the simplicity of the GUi and templates. I actually get compliments on the standards of my presentations (the design side). I NEVER got compliments for the design aspects of my Powerpoint presentations (because I have the design talent of a two year old with their eyes shut and a handful of crayons). This makes me look like a pro. I also love the metrics so I can see what people lingered on or hated in a proposition, and who's read it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Beautiful.ai? Very few downsides, but being able to position some of the elements on a page would be great rather than them being fixed in a position. I haven't used Powerpoint in over a year (or any other presentation tool). Metrics of viewers, simple interface, fast issue resolution, flexible and reasonable payments. I started using Beautiful.ai several years ago - I was looking for something better than PowerPoint to effectuate the principles and ideas of the Duarte program in Slideology. Their ideas lean into the concept of impactful slides without a lot of dense text. I wanted great images and a classier look and feel for presentations. It exceeded my expectations at all points! I have continued to use Beautiful.ai and appreciate all the updates they have made to make integration easy with PowerPoint and share in-progress work with colleagues.
