What do you like best about BDRShield?

I needed a solution that would work on Windows and Linux Vembu BDRSuite was the only one I found. There tech support is top notch, solving most issues within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BDRShield?

The backup server requires a minimum of 16 GB, even on a Linux box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BDRShield?

They have made several alterations to the systems they have produced especially around how it interacts with Microsoft 365 Product Set Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BDRShield?

"Very Simple and Effective Backup Solution"

What do you like best about BDRShield?

Very simple and effective. I was able to install and backup within a few minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BDRShield?

A little buggy. It had issue host name resolution issues with IPV6, and also had some scheduled backup issues. Support does their best to resolve the issues and are very responsive, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use dashboard and great customer service"

What do you like best about BDRShield?

It is very quick to set up the backup, I use the cloud one for Microsoft 365 which backs up all of my emails and has the option to back up OneDrive too. The dashboard is very comprehensive and easy to use, I also get an email telling me whether the backup was successful of not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BDRShield?

It isn't a massive thing but it is a lilttle confusing when paying for more storage, twice I have added the credit to the wrong product but an email to the support team sorted it out within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
