I love how Bchex integrates so well with our existing volunteer software and immediately notifies me if there's an issue with a volunteer. The dashboard is another feature I really like – it's laid out very well and is easy to use. I like how easy the platform is to read and understand. I can quickly look up locations and users, and managing my users is straightforward. I think the user interface could do a little bit with an update. I wish I could just send the link to the potential company and they just fill it out instead of me having to ask them for all their relevant information since it feels a little bit invasive to ask them to, you know, email me their social security number, et cetera. It’s incredibly fast, and it’s very easy for our employees and volunteers to use. The interface feels intuitive, so it doesn’t take much time to get up and running. I love how quickly Bchex delivers background screening results—most are back within 24-48 hours, which is a massive improvement over our previous vendor. As a non-profit organization, Bchex helps us perform thorough background checks on our incoming staff and volunteers. There are other background check services available for the cost and speed, we're very happy with the service. Nothing gets past Bchex services. It would be nice if there was a form provided that we could send to our employees and then upload to the system to save time inputting the information. A form that could be sent out via email or checklist item so that employees could fill out their information without it having to filter through our office.
