I love how easy it is to use. Simply put in your area and skip trace and all the information is at your fingertips. I used to have to search properties on one software. Check the state taxes for the information, then use people search to verify and try and get the info for free. Then put in skip trace program and dial manually. Not anymore 4 clicks and I find exact same information and I am able to push right to the dialer. I use it everyday and it is the main lead generation tool for my business at this time.
