**What do you like best about Batch Files Processor?**

Batch Files Processor is a awesome customer relationship management and database software. This software integrates amazingly with Formstack, MailChimp and Hootsuite. We are using it mainly as a database. We use tutorials to maximize the use of the software. We often use the “tag” feature, because it helps to identify our customers and to make a distinction between client groups and our partners. we can easily create lists and import the lists to MailChimp.


**What do you dislike about Batch Files Processor?**

Sometimes can't access data for sales management and a long time to create the list of purchase things. if they’ve unsubscribed from a list, and I need all these notifications in my Batch Files Processor. I have to waste my time to remove people from my batch book database if they’re unsubscribed. Besides, Batch Files Processor doesn’t pick up duplicate emails or emails that come from integration, and it doesn’t merge the mails automatically,


**What problems is Batch Files Processor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use this tool to manage my some interactions and also guide customer relationships for managing the sales. We are using it mainly as a database. we make a distinction between client groups and our partners also we can easily create lists with the help of the batch book.
