What I like most about BAS Health is their supportive team and well‑organized way of working. They are reliable, responsive, and always maintain accuracy in their work. Their clear communication and commitment to quality make working with them smooth and stress‑free.

**What do you dislike about BAS Health?**

There is very little to dislike about BAS Health. At times, response times could be slightly faster during peak workloads, but overall the team remains helpful and professional. With continued growth and refinement, this can be improved further.

**Recommendations to others considering BAS Health:**

I would definitely recommend BAS Health to anyone looking for reliable and well‑managed healthcare services. Their team is supportive, professional, and focused on delivering quality work. They simplify complex processes and provide consistent support, making them a trustworthy partner to work with.

  ### 2. Knowledgeable RBP Experts with Responsive, Real-Help Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prachit K. | Salesforce Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about BAS Health?**

What really stands out to me isn’t just their tech—it’s the people behind the scenes. They’re incredibly knowledgeable about Reference-Based Pricing (RBP). In an industry where costs seem to skyrocket every year, they’ve given us a genuinely data-driven way to push back on pricing without sacrificing care. Their customer service team is also impressively responsive; when we run into a weird one-off issue, I usually reach someone who actually knows what they’re talking about, rather than getting a scripted response.

**What do you dislike about BAS Health?**

If I’m being honest, the mobile app is a bit of a letdown. It feels outdated compared to most modern SaaS platforms, and I’ve had employees mention that it’s often easier to just use the web portal instead. On top of that, the employee onboarding can be a little dense; if you aren’t “benefits-savvy,” the platform can feel overwhelming at first. I really wish the interface were more intuitive for the average user who simply wants to find their ID card quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering BAS Health:**

If you’re looking for a partner that will genuinely help you manage costs and take on the heavy lifting of TPA services, they’re a strong option. Just be ready to do a bit of “hand-holding” with your employees during the initial rollout so everyone gets comfortable with the process. Also, make sure you take advantage of their reporting tools—the data is there, but you have to be proactive about reviewing it and using it.

**What problems is BAS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

e brought in BAS Health because our internal team was drowning in the specifics of plan administration—things like COBRA compliance and eligibility tracking. Since they’ve taken over, it’s honestly just one less headache for our HR and IT departments. They act as a bridge between us and the insurance carriers, which means I don't have to spend my morning on hold with a provider trying to figure out why a claim was rejected.

  ### 3. Reliable Tool for Health Records

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd R. | Data Analyst, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about BAS Health?**

I like how simple and organized BAS Health makes tracking everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about BAS Health?**

Sometimes some features take a bit of time to figure out, especially if you’re new to the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering BAS Health:**

If you need a tool that keeps everything in one place and is easy to use, BAS Health is worth trying.

**What problems is BAS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform makes managing health records simple. It eliminates the confusion of scattered information and ensures that updates and reminders are easy to follow. This has helped me stay consistent and reduces the chances of missing important health tasks.

  ### 4. Always There When I Need Help

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about BAS Health?**

It helps me in many ways, especially when I need support or assistance.

**What do you dislike about BAS Health?**

So far, I haven’t really run into any dislikes yet.

**What problems is BAS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me in many different ways, and I’ve found it genuinely useful.

  ### 5. Interesting Benefits Provider

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about BAS Health?**

BAS Health can be used at most medical offices, and some can be partners with main medical hospitals like Stanford Health Care.

**What do you dislike about BAS Health?**

Some health care providers do not accept BAS Health.

**Recommendations to others considering BAS Health:**

If you are using BAS as a benefit provider, it will help consolidate your plan into various tiers based on your employer's plan. There is a bronze, gold, and platnium plan. You pick the one that best suits you, and from there it would help the business with negotiating pricing with the healthcare provider.

**What problems is BAS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company uses BAS Health as a benefit provider to many medical agencies.
