I find it problematic that the initial time to detection could be improved, though I understand that it is largely a limitation of vendor services such as Microsoft's inability to allow quicker syncs. BARRACUDA'S security operations center has the ability to isolate a possible malicious machine and separate it from the network right from detection. Then can follow up with our team to rectify the situation and get the machine back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This help protect the end point users. One thing I like is that I can block people from plugging USBs into the computer. The support is pretty good also, they respond fairly quickly. The portal is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It works. I have already had 3 alarms triggered by XDR, and all three cases would have simply slipped through without XDR! Although they were "only" attempts and not completed breaches, we were subsequently able to further harden the configuration and seal the identified vectors.
